Buyer licensing attestation

Every buyer attests that they, and every agent who contacts a consumer, hold an active insurance license in each state they buy leads, calls or transfers. Licenses and NPN are reviewed by our team and accounts can be suspended for licensing gaps.

Consent record on every lead

• Consent timestamp
• Consumer IP address
• Page URL where consent was given
• Exact consent language shown
• TrustedForm certificate URL or Jornaya LeadiD, when available

TCPA consent

TCPA express written consent is captured on the consumer side, on our own front-door sites, before a lead is created. Buyers must honor revocation of consent immediately.

CMS and TPMO marketing rules

Compliance with CMS Medicare marketing guidelines, TPMO disclaimers, call recording retention and Scope of Appointment requirements on the call is the buyer's responsibility.

DNC scrubbing

Leads are scrubbed against the federal Do Not Call registry and our internal suppression list. Buyers must also maintain their own internal DNC list and applicable state lists.

No government-affiliation claims

Buyers may not state or imply that they or SeniorLeadsCo are affiliated with Medicare, CMS, the Social Security Administration or any government agency.
